DESCRIPTION:Compatriots!  You have been waiting for several years for our next General Conference. Well\, it has been scheduled!\n\n\n\nWe will be meeting 05.18.24 at 10:00 a.m. in the Historic Plains Hotel\, located at 1600 Central Avenue\, Cheyenne\, WY 82001. \n\n\nHistoric Plains Hotel in Cheyenne\, Wyoming\nA special rate for rooms on the night of the 17th has been negotiated as follows: \n\nQueen – regularly $69 our price $59\nKing – regularly $71 our price $61\nDouble Queen – regularly $79 our price $69\nKing Suite- regularly $99 our price $89 (LIMITED amount available)\nDouble Queen Suite – regularly $109 our price $99\n\nPlease contact the Hotel at 307-638-3311 to reserve rooms. Rooms can also be booked at the Little America Hotel and Conference Center (less than 3 miles away where we will be having joint events with the DAR general conference) at the DAR group rate. However\, the DAR rate code will not be available and the base room rate is $113 with limited availability.\n\n\n\n\n \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nAgenda\n\n\n\nIn addition to the activities on the WYSSAR conference agenda (to be sent by mail and email to you)\, we will have a special guest speaker\, Nathan Winters\, President of the Wyoming Family Alliance. \n\n\n\nWe are coordinating this conference with the Wyoming DAR who have a very interesting and exciting schedule including guest speakers: Military Vehicle Collector Dan Starks (speaking at the dinner on the 17th)\, Congresswoman Harriet Hageman (speaking at the dinner on the 18th)\, Senator John Barrasso and an America 250 plaque dedication featuring Governor Mark Gordon. \n\n\n\nAttendance by livestream is an option.
